Mark was very polite and was able to fix the issue, which ended up being a lot simpler than I had expected, in good time. Arrived a little later than planned but kept me informed and didn't rush his work, which in the end was key to solving the issue. Would definitely recommend.

Boiler serviced and toilet drainage problem

Tendered boiler service on check a trade (at 7pm in the evening) and within 10 minutes a gentlemen from EVO plumbing was on the phone booking us in at a convenient time. Aaron arrived promptly, was very polite and carried out boiler service efficiently. Really grateful for the top class service we received from EVO drainage division. Drains were oveflowing every time water was run from inside. Excellent service from start to finish. Even though I called in the evening Steve sorted out a plumber for me straight away for the next day, to fix a leaking kitchen sink. Aaron rang me the next day to confirm his visit and was able to source the relevant parts and fix the problem with an hour which was much appreciated. Lovely job and no more leaks. The job was completed to a high standard but they were 1.5 hours late and did not communicate this with me. They also did not apologise for this when they did turn up.

Bathroom fitting blockage (for disabled pensioner)

Jordan's work could not be faulted. He was prompt and business-like. He was able to get around the fact that the drawer could not be removed, giving him access issues, and the job was completed without delay. While I would recommend Jordan I cannot recommend this type of plug. I have now spent £200 replacing three of them and I cannot think for the life of me what was wrong with the rubber discs.
