Complaints Policy

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

We aim to respond within 2 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which? I am very pleased with the work. Very tidy worker and good communication throughout. The problem and the work required was explained to me and I particularly appreciate that a further potential problem with the waste pipe was also spotted and fixed before further issues occurred

Spent about two hours Jetting our drains after a backed up toliet. They used a camera.

Rang EVO with a none urgent request to look at my downstairs restroom which was blocked. We had a similar problem a few months ago and other firm jetted our drains which fixed it temporarily. They managed to get to us the same day due to a cancellation and from the off where professional and polite. They talked us through everything, used a camera to check the drains, spent double the time as the last lot and charged us 25 % of the fee from the other firm. Couldn’t fault them. Will recommend Evo for all friends and family.

Fixing bath drain gurgling

Mark was very polite and was able to fix the issue, which ended up being a lot simpler than I had expected, in good time. Arrived a little later than planned but kept me informed and didn't rush his work, which in the end was key to solving the issue. Would definitely recommend.

Toilet blockage

Jamie came the same day to deal with a bit of an emergency with a blocked WC. All dealt with professionally and the problem was resolved in one visit. Would recommend this Firm in the local area.

CCTV drain survey

Jamie from EVO completed my drain survey as part of my house purchase. He arrived on time and kept me updated throughout the process explaining what he was doing and what to expect. He even cleared a poorly draining soak away for me that the owners hadn’t kept maintained. He was very thorough and left everything clean and tidy. I haven’t got the final report yet so can’t comment on that but he explained the findings to me. I’d recommend EVO.
