Cistern unit fix and drain unblock

The job was completed to a high standard but they were 1.5 hours late and did not communicate this with me. They also did not apologise for this when they did turn up.

Jordan's work could not be faulted. He was prompt and business-like. He was able to get around the fact that the drawer could not be removed, giving him access issues, and the job was completed without delay. While I would recommend Jordan I cannot recommend this type of plug. I have now spent £200 replacing three of them and I cannot think for the life of me what was wrong with the rubber discs.

After four hours of hard graft and clearing the drain blockage he reinstalled original basin, sealant used to refix to wall. I am very pleased with his work and would use EVO again. Jordan is a credit to his company.
