Mark was very polite and was able to fix the issue, which ended up being a lot simpler than I had expected, in good time. Arrived a little later than planned but kept me informed and didn't rush his work, which in the end was key to solving the issue. Would definitely recommend.

Boiler serviced and toilet drainage problem

Tendered boiler service on check a trade (at 7pm in the evening) and within 10 minutes a gentlemen from EVO plumbing was on the phone booking us in at a convenient time. Aaron arrived promptly, was very polite and carried out boiler service efficiently. Whilst here I discussed a problem we had been having with the drainage of a down stairs toilet over the past six years and despite a drains survey and two previous plumbers attempts was never resolved! After a visit from Jamie at EVO (same day), removed the toilet and re-plumbed it’s fixed, thank you so much!

The job was completed to a high standard but they were 1.5 hours late and did not communicate this with me. They also did not apologise for this when they did turn up.

Bathroom fitting blockage (for disabled pensioner)

Jordan's work could not be faulted. He was prompt and business-like. He was able to get around the fact that the drawer could not be removed, giving him access issues, and the job was completed without delay. While I would recommend Jordan I cannot recommend this type of plug. I have now spent £200 replacing three of them and I cannot think for the life of me what was wrong with the rubber discs.
