CCTV to track drains

I needed my sewer/drains investigated to find exactly where they run under my patio and garden prior to building work. Very proficient and knowledgeable guy. Also, having lifted the manholes, the pipe was several feet down and hard to access, but he managed somehow. Great work and he didn't clock watch. Did the job for the agreed price.

Unblocking a toilet

From a stubborn blocked toilet , to a complete drain -wastepipe industrial jetwash-clean , the work was carried out carefully and thoroughly especially as was a brand new bathroom, Mark took his time , checked everytime and went back again and again to make sure drain and toilet were running how they were meant too . This was after we had contacted them as being let down by another plumber the day before, definitely recommended.

Rang EVO with a none urgent request to look at my downstairs restroom which was blocked. We had a similar problem a few months ago and other firm jetted our drains which fixed it temporarily. They managed to get to us the same day due to a cancellation and from the off where professional and polite. They talked us through everything, used a camera to check the drains, spent double the time as the last lot and charged us 25 % of the fee from the other firm. Couldn’t fault them. Fixing bath drain gurgling

Mark was very polite and was able to fix the issue, which ended up being a lot simpler than I had expected, in good time. Arrived a little later than planned but kept me informed and didn't rush his work, which in the end was key to solving the issue. Would definitely recommend.

CCTV drain survey

Jamie from EVO completed my drain survey as part of my house purchase. He arrived on time and kept me updated throughout the process explaining what he was doing and what to expect. He even cleared a poorly draining soak away for me that the owners hadn’t kept maintained. He was very thorough and left everything clean and tidy. I haven’t got the final report yet so can’t comment on that but he explained the findings to me. I’d recommend EVO.

Boiler serviced and toilet drainage problem

Tendered boiler service on check a trade (at 7pm in the evening) and within 10 minutes a gentlemen from EVO plumbing was on the phone booking us in at a convenient time. Aaron arrived promptly, was very polite and carried out boiler service efficiently. Whilst here I discussed a problem we had been having with the drainage of a down stairs toilet over the past six years and despite a drains survey and two previous plumbers attempts was never resolved! After a visit from Jamie at EVO (same day), removed the toilet and re-plumbed it’s fixed, thank you so much!
